Martin oversees all our management courses and business consultancy projects. He specialises in taking a ‘big picture’ view, helping clients to integrate training into business strategy, ensuring measurable results and a return on investment.
Most of Martin’s career has been spent in senior positions with large multinational organisations.
Whilst working for a major retailer, Martin was quickly promoted and became an outstanding management trainer, renowned in particular for his inspiring outward bound leadership courses. He progressed to the role of International HR Director where he successfully created and managed organisational change across many countries.
Martin has recruited sales teams all over the world including Europe, Asia, Russia and India and once taught the concept of profit to a group of Russian rocket scientists.
His international experience has helped him to understand how brands can achieve global consistency of customer experience by providing staff with the right training.
Martin has a business degree and is a highly experienced executive and business coach. He’s CIPD qualified and an NLP Practitioner. His global, strategic outlook helps to ensure maximum training success for our clients.
Ibiza dance music-loving and car lover Martin races a Jaguar E-Type and plans to compete one day in the 24 Hours of Le Mans classic sports car race. Always willing to try new things, he was pushed into the air by dolphins in Cuba at the age of 48, played football with an elephant in Thailand at 49 and learnt to surf in Bali at the age of 50.
